In 2018, when I decided to devote most of my life to coaching people, I asked my viewers:

As you can see in the chart above, out of the hundreds of responses, managing negative thoughts was far and away the biggest challenge.
After hundreds of hours of trying to figure out why this was the case and understanding what could be done about it, I’m going to go ahead and spoil it for you.
Life is too great a problem for us to solve…
and yet our greatest hope lies is living with courage and doing our part.
In other words…
We need to live life with purpose and ON purpose.
What to expect:
- We will work closely together for 6 weeks. You will receive daily lessons and assignments Monday through Friday. This should take you about 30 minutes to an hour a day to complete. You can use the weekends to rest or catch up on assignments you weren’t able to complete during the week.
- You will connect 1-on-1 with Jenn periodically to strategize, problem-solve, and share issues you need support on.
